Check Valve - 3 way block and bleedSigma Check Valves for Pneumatic and Hydraulic Service are available in various port sizes, pressures and operating temperatures. All stainless steel construction means long life and dependability. Based on size and pressure, either Viton Orings are incorporated; or in higher pressure service or low temperature conditions, Kel-F is utilized as the main sealing material.

Sigma also manufactures a Velocity Check Valve for use in single well automated systems such as LPO Systems (Line Pressure Operated). The VCV shuts off flow when an excess flow condition occurs due to pressure sensor trip or ESD activation. The Velocity Check has a reset/override handle for re-supplying pressure to the system.

Sigma Check Valves have the following available features:

  • Port Sizes : 1/4” NPT to 1.0” NPT
  • Working Pressures: Up to 10,000 psi
  • Operating Temperatures: +250 F to -55 F

Sigma Velocity Check Valve has the following features:

  • 316 SS Construction
  • Operating Pressure to 6,000 psi
  • 1/2” MNPT Inlet Connection
  • 1/4” FNPT Outlet
  • Manual Reset Handle
