Hydraulic Interface ValvesSigma Valves Hydraulic Interface Control Valves are constructed from 316SS to meet the demanding requirements of Hydraulic Power Units (HPU), Wellhead Control Systems (WHCP) and other actuation applications that will be located in harsh environments ranging from offshore, inland wetlands, arid regions and arctic areas or in control systems that may be subject to corrosive medias.

A wide range of configurations are available including:

  • 2-way and 3-way
  • Normally Open/Normally Closed
  • Pneumatic Pilot or Hydraulic Pilot
  • Standard Pressure (6000 psi), Medium Pressure (up to 15000)
  • High Ratio Operators: 150 to 1 (pilot pressure versus control pressure)
  • Standard Flow (5 GPM), High Flows (50 GPM actuator applications)
  • Port sizes: 1/4” - 3/8” NPT; 3/8 MP and 1/4 HP
  • With and Without Manual Override
  • Bracket Mount, Panel Mount and Indicator Mount
  • Standard and H2S Service

Sigma HCV consists of five distinct profiles, large operator/high ratio type, large operator panel mount type, small operator/low ratio, small operator panel mount type and cast body indicating type

Special configurations and applications are available on request as well to meet whatever your particular installation demands.
